Sam Denning is my youngest sibling and a local small business owner. He is a geoscientist by training, obtaining a masters degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He currently owns and operates SOYO Holdings based in Huntington, WV. He is a lawn care specialist, a general contractor/handyman, and a landlord. In this episode we discuss his choice to pursue his small business, challenges faced, COVID concerns, and other various nonsense.

Awesome stuff David! Couple things, I know you said you weren’t refinancing your house, but physicians have special home loan options available to them. Something like you can refinance every 3 years or 5 years whichever you choose. I’ll keep an eye out for Blanton’s for you too. I request you delve deeper into the spirit and talk about whiskey vs whisky! I’ll be staying tuned! 👍🏻
